Based in Houston, Texas, J-P REI Solutions, LLC (JP REI) is a real estate company focused on residential real estate investment (Single Family Homes, Multifamily Properties, Mobile homes & RV parks), Small Lots, Acreage, and Notes.

Our company also acquires small lots and acreage in Texas.

We generate capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity appreciation for our investors and owners by purchasing and leveraging real estate investments.

We increase the value of the assets by updating/rehabilitating them to improve the property’s condition. This helps improve the quality of the homes, apartments, mobile homes & RV Parks in our neighborhoods and communities.

Daren Jennings

Daren has accumulated extensive experience in the Houston Real Estate market since a young age. He loves helping people by providing expert advice.

Sarah Perez

Sarah is a US Navy veteran who proudly served her country. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with an English Degree and worked as an Elementary school teacher. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas.

Hector Perez

Hector graduated from the University of Houston in 2007 with a degree in Finance. After graduating, he worked in marketing for a Fortune 500 company in the oil and gas industry and traveled worldwide.
